Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently only offer domestic shipping in the U.S. All products are made to order and will ship 4-6 weeks from your order date.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and they are generated based on the shipping destination via USPS or UPS.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged or delayed packages during transit.

Returns
We hope that you and your dog love the sweater as much as we do! However, if it does not work out for some reason, we accept returns on eligible items. All eligible items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging. Your items must be returned free of pet hair, odors, and stains. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@woollees.com within 7 days of or your order's delivery date for a return authorization form. Return requests that exceed 7 days of your delivery date are final sale. For a return, please include the following:

- Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) you would like to return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund. Your return must arrive back at Woollees within 14 days of the return authorization. Any returns received after 14 days of the return authorization will not be refunded. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please carefully package up the item as we are not responsible for packages that are damaged or stolen/lost in transit in the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to deny a refund if the return does not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, while making a separate purchase for a new item.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

We reserve the right to make changes to the policy without notice.
