Wool Care
Hand wash only may seem scary but it actually can be done in 5 easy steps!
Step 1
Fill your sink with cold water and a tsp of mild laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent and submerge your wool sweater and gently swish it back and forth until it’s fully wet (this may take a little bit because it’s naturally water repellent!) and soapy.
Step 2
Drain the soapy water and gently press the excess soapy water out of the sweater
Step 3
Fill sink with clear cold water and gently move water around.
Step 4
Drain the sink and press water out as much as possible. DO NOT WRING the garment. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until water is no longer soapy and is clear (about 3x’s).
Step 5
Place garment flat on a towel and roll out the excess water. Lay flat and reshape on a drying rack to dry.
